A suspended summer narrative where lagoon light, crafted textures and brand identity converge into a transient architectural mirage.
A Dialogue with the Lagoon
Set within the iconic setting of the Hotel Cipriani in Venice, the intervention unfolds as a delicate dialogue between landscape and brand. Conceived as a seasonal presence, the project establishes a fluid continuity between interior and exterior, where the lagoon becomes an active spatial backdrop. Two distinct yet complementary environments coexist in harmony, shaping a unified narrative rooted in place and perception.
Pattern as Atmosphere
The space translates Dior’s visual language into a layered spatial experience, where textures, fabrics and crafted elements define an immersive environment. Iconic motifs are not applied but embodied, generating depth, rhythm and tactility. The project balances refined detailing with a sense of lightness, allowing materials and patterns to resonate with the surrounding context while reinforcing a coherent and recognisable identity.
Ephemeral Hospitality
Blurring the boundaries between retail and hospitality, the intervention is conceived as a temporary landscape of experience. Intimate settings and open views alternate in a calibrated sequence, encouraging a slow and sensorial engagement. Within this transient condition, the project constructs a precise equilibrium between permanence and seasonality, where architecture becomes a device to frame moments, atmospheres and rituals of contemporary leisure.
