A Mediterranean tale of travel and craft—where retail becomes landscape
The sea as narrative
Inspired by the spirit of the Mediterranean, the Dior Resort Store in Bodrum unfolds as an immersive environment where architecture, nature and storytelling converge. References to coastal traditions and maritime culture shape a spatial experience that evokes the atmosphere of summer, transforming the boutique into a landscape of discovery, memory and escape.
Objects of memory, symbols of departure
At the center of the concept are traditional Italian gozzo boats, reinterpreted as architectural elements and narrative devices. Their presence introduces themes of craftsmanship, savoir-faire and freedom, while colorful sails and monumental shells enrich the environment with a sense of movement and imagination. Familiar objects are elevated into symbols, carrying the timeless allure of travel and the promise of new horizons.
An immersive Riviera landscape
Material, form and scenographic elements are orchestrated to dissolve the boundaries between interior and setting. Every detail contributes to a layered spatial narrative, where Mediterranean references are translated into a contemporary retail experience. The result is an environment that celebrates beauty, craftsmanship and the enduring fascination of the sea through a sequence of evocative and immersive moments.
